Mohali, December 13 (Wishav Warta): Contractor Gurinder Singh surrenders in Mohali court today in the case of a major scam in the irrigation department of Punjab. Earlier, the Supreme Court had directed the contractor Gurinder Singh and the retired chief engineer Harvinder Singh to surrender within a week after rejecting the application for anticipatory bail. Harwinder Singh surrendered to the court on December 11, after which Vigilance had arrested Harvinder Singh.
