Rudrapur: Uttrakhand BJP MLA from Rudrapur, Rajkumar Thukral has been charged again for assault. This time the incident took place outside of his house. After underage boy and girl ran away from home the MLA in the panchayat attacked the mother and sisters of the minor and abused them. As soon as the video was viral, the matter got discussed in the city. The police have has started investigations on this. In addition, the Chief Minister has also sought a report from the SSP.
The case is connected to the Shivnagar of the Transit camp. A 15-year-old daughter of a local resident here had ran away with the minor son of Ramkishor, Sham. In this case, the girl’s family members had given a complaint to the police, minor’s father, mother and sisters were also accused of supporting them in the complaint. The police had filed a case against all of them. The search of both were also started. Minor’s father, Ramkishor had called the couple on Friday afternoon. After this, he went to the house of the legislator Rajkumar Thukral to discuss the matter in the panchayat. There was a dispute between both sides when they failed to make the compromise. Ramkishore alleges that some BJP leaders, including Thukral, in Panchayat, beat up their minor son. When his mother Madhya Devi, Sisters Sonam and Aarti went to intervening, they were also abused and attacked by them. The relatives who came together were also assaulted. After this MLA took his minor son in the vehicle and took him to the transit camp station. On Saturday, the police handed minor’s Medical to the family while the teenager was sent to the juvenile home.
