Parkash Singh Badal will not participate in Gurdaspur bypoll campaign

Gurdaspur, 25 September(Wishav Warta): Former chief minister of Punjab Parkash Singh Badal will not participate in the Gurdaspur by election campaign for BJP-SAD candidate Swaran Singh Salaria. Akali Dal’s most senior leader is likely to be absent from the political stages of Gurdaspur bypoll, source says. This will be a test of leadership of Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal’s political abilities as senior Badal will not be present in the campaign. This will the first time in his political career when senior Badal will not take part in election campaign.
