New Delhi, 13 September(Wishav Warta): Congress-backed student National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) staged a comeback on the DU campus by bagging two posts — president and vice-president — in Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) polls. The RSS-backed Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) which had won three seats last year, including that of the president, could only win posts of secretary and joint secretary. Among the winners were NSUI’s Rocky Tuseed who wrested the president’s post and Kunal Sehrawat who got the post of the vice-president. Congress leaders hailed the victory of the students’ union calling it a triumph of liberal values and wake up call for Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
