Bengaluru: The tussle for the formation of government in Karnataka is on. JD(S) and Congress meet Karnataka governor Vajubhai Vala and submitted letter signed by MLAs. The delegation was led by JD(S) leader HD Kumaraswamy.
“We have sufficient numbers to form a stable government and our MLAs are intact, JD(S) and Congress stand united”, says Kumaraswamy. We have submitted a list of 117 MLAs to governor and requested him to consider our claim to form govt he added.
Governor has assured us that he will take action as per the Constitution. We have full faith in him that he will not do injustice. We have our numbers, not even a single member has moved out. We will not allow any such thing to happen says Congress leader DK Shivakumar
