New Delhi: IAS Vijoy Kumar Singh joined as joint secretary in the Department of Personal and Training (DoPT) on central deputation after being relieved by the Punjab Government after the completion of election process of Gurdaspur Lok Sabha by-election on Monday. 1990 batch Punjab cadre IAS Vijoy Kumar Singh served as Chief Electoral Officer Punjab for three and half years.
