HC strikes down voting right of nominated councilors of MC Chandigarh

Chandigarh, 23 August: Punjab and Haryana high court, on Wednesday struck down the voting right of the nominated councilors of Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh. High Court says no voting right for nominated councilors of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh.
