Barnala, 20 August(Wishav Warta): Local police have achieved big success by recovering huge quantities of narcotics from 3 persons including father and daughter. While giving information, Dharmpal Singh and Pritpal Singh, in-charge of the Industrial police station, said that a young girl and two men were putting some in white bags in an empty plot near Raikot Road railway gate. On the basis of suspicion, when they were searched, 11,250 drug tablets and 350 liquid drugs were recovered from them.
These persons were identified as Jasvir Singh alias Nachhattar son Gurbachan Singh resident Barnala, Kartar Singh son Karnail Singh and his daughter Shanti. The three were arrested and presented in the court. Where the court gave them two days police remand.
