New Delhi: The Election Commission of India have announced the election schedule for five states Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Mizoram and Telangana, the poll will be held on different dates, counting of the votes and verdict on 11 December.

Chhattisgarh to vote on Nov 12 and Nov 20
Polls will be held in two phases in Chhattisgarh. 18 districts of Maoist-affected south Chhattisgarh to vote on November 12 in the first phase, Notification: Oct 16, Last day of nomination: Oct 23, Scrutiny: Oct 24, Withdrawal: Oct 26, Poll date: Nov 12.
Second phase voting will be held on November 20, Notification: Oct 26, Last day of nomination: Nov 2, Scrutiny: Nov 3, Withdrawal: Nov 5.
Rajasthan and Telangana to vote on Dec 7
Single phase election in Rajasthan and Telangana on December 7. Notification: Nov 4, Last day of nomination: Nov 19, Scrutiny: Nov 20, Withdrawal: Nov22.
Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram to vote on Nov 28
Single phase elections in Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram on November 28. Notification: Nov 2, Last day of nomination: Nov 9, Scrutiny: Nov 12, Withdrawal: Nov 14.
By-elections for 3 parliamentary seats and two assembly seats will also be held.
