AAP on verge of win in Bawana by-poll

New Delhi, 28 August(Wishav Warta): After 22nd round of counting, AAP receives 48,366 votes. But the Congress (27596), which was taking early lead, has been pushed to third by the BJP (28,236). the fight is left for the second place between BJP and Congress.
