New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday allowed a fresh auction of embattled Sahara groups’s “ultra-exclusive chartered city” Aamby Valley.
The auction process will start from December 1, and be completed within eight weeks.
The apex court also ordered Bombay high court’s official receiver to take control of and manage the property.The SC also warned Sahara group chief Subrata Roy to not interfere with the auction process. It threatened him with imprisonment if he put any obstacle in the sale.
