New Delhi: On the occasion of National Ayurveda Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) at Delhi’s Sarita Vihar on Tuesday. The first ever AIIA has been set up along the lines of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Build up as an apex institute under the ministry of AYUSH, the institution is expected to bring synergy between the traditional wisdom of Ayurveda and modern diagnostic tools and technology. Prime Minister wishes the country on the occasion of Diwali and National Ayurveda Day. PM begins his address says ‘A country can’t move forward if it isn’t proud of its culture and heritage’.
