New Delhi September 4: Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal has appointed General Secretary of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee and Delhi Assembly member Manjinder Singh Sirsa as the spokesperson of the party today Sirsa along with his teammates has thanked Sukhbir Badal. On this occasion, Sirsa has accompanied by Jathedar Kuldeep Singh Bhogal members Delhi Committee, Avtar Singh Hitt, Tarlochan Singh former Chairman, Aditya Patwanthe was present.
