Amritsar, 10 October(Wishav Warta): Sukhvir Singh, a student of Khalsa College won Gold Medal in the Rifle Firing event of All India Nau Sainik NCC Camp held at Naval base at Karwar in Karnataka. A student of BA he also bagged silver medal in Seamanship practical and was thus awarded Best cadet of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh Group NCC Directorate. Principal, Khalsa College, Mehal Singh congratulated him on his arrival at the college campus today as he thanked NCC wing incharge Dr. Iqbal Singh, Dr. Jaswinder Singh, and Dr. Gurvel Singh Malhi for their guidance to the students of the NCC.
