Chandigarh, January 23: The leader of opposition in Punjab Vidhan Sabha, Sukhpal Singh Khaira on Tuesday appointed Atul Nagpal as his officer on special duty (OSD) for the smooth functioning of his office. Atul Nagpal had contested Vidhan sabha elections 2017 from Abohar constituency as AAP candidate and has been working tirelessly and dedicatedly, to uplift the party in Punjab. Nagpal will start functioning with immediate effect.
