Harsimrat Kaur Badal announces to contest election from Bathinda Parliamentary constituency


Bathinda: The Union Food Processing Minister, Harsimrat Kaur Badal has announced to contest Lok Sabha elections from Bathinda constituency by eliminating all speculations. She said that the people of Bathinda constituency have always given them loving affection, so for the sake of politics, they will not leave this constituency. Badal has made it clear that who so ever contest against her, she will not run away from the constituency. She was here to inaugurate orphanage for children at Mansa, during which she announced this while talking to some journalists.

Earlier, during her speech, she said that the people of Punjab have become disillusioned with Captain Amarinder Singh’s government in a year and the performance of this government has been extremely disappointing. She said that the state government, which has a lot of utility facilities, has destroyed the previous government’s schemes and people are struggling to get facilities, but no one is hearing anymore.

Se said that has done nothing for people’s development and the government even failed complete its cabinet even after one year, due to which people are not craving for development due to departments do not have ministers. She said that Amarinder Singh has kept many departments with himself and he is not even meeting with his MLAs. She said that Shiromani Akali Dal would not allow Congress to win even a single seat in the Lok Sabha elections including the election of Shahkot.
