Gurdaspur, 9 October(Wishav Warta): Chief Minister of Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh did a roadshow in the favour of Congress candidate Sunil Jakhar at Gurdaspur assembly on the last day of election campaign. Captain Amarinder Singh’s roadshow got a warm response, Capt. Amarinder Singh, Sunil Jakhar and Asha Kumari were welcomed at different places in Pathankot. Captain’s roadshow reached Dhariwal after Pathankot, where there was a lot of enthusiasm among the people. Apart from this, Capt. Amarinder Singh’s roadshow got the good response in Batala. It is to be mentioned that Sunil Jakhar will be benefitted from this road show in favor of party candidate Sunil Jakhar before the voting of Gurdaspur by-election on October 11.
