Chandigarh(Wishav Warta): Former Aklai Dal minister Sucha Singh Langah gets a big relief on Monday after Punjab and Haryana High Court granted him bail in a rape case. He was lodged in Patiala jail. A widow woman posted in the vigilance department of Pathankot had registered a case of rape against Sucha Singh Langah.
The complainant was then medically examined at the Civil Hospital and security was provided to her on her demand. But on February 28, the woman’s testimony was in the court and she refused to identify Sucha Singh Langah in court. She accused police that the case registered against Sucha Singh Langah on September 29, 2017 the police took her signatures on white papers forcefully. She said the female seen in the viral video was not her and she has no information about such CD.
