CHANDIARH 27 MAY ( WISHAVWARTA ) -, Desh Bhagat Global School adhering to their regular curriculum, scheduled Periodic Test-1 from 26th May 2020 onwards, to assess the students. The spread of COVID-19, lockdown and curfew in Punjab could not stop the learning process of the students of Desh Bhagat Global School. The school has been able to successfully incorporate online learning for all the classes.
Principal, Mrs. Neha Dhall told that, “Students are very excited for the online Periodic Test-1 because it’s for the first time when they will be appearing for exam from their homes. The syllabus for PT-1 was duly covered and notebooks were also checked through virtual means by the respective teachers. Question papers will be provided to students and thereafter they will be observed online by the particular teacher. Immediately after the completion of examination students will submit their sheets online. The teachers of all the classes were trained, to efficiently conduct virtual classrooms and share the content and study material vide audio lectures, video conferencing, powerpoint slides by google classroom and various applications like Whatsapp and various virtual classroom tools.”
Chairperson, Dr. Tejinder Kaur told that safety of our students is our top priority, and at the same time giving due importance to their studies and development, the team of Desh Bhagat Global School is using all digital platforms and resources. DBGS has made huge efforts in training its staff, in content generation and access to e-learning technology. She said that we are here to keep a close watch on the developments, take decisions accordingly and intimate change of plan if any.
