Jalandhar, December 20(Parteek Singh): Punjab’s most wanted gangster who escaped in the Nabha jailbreak last year, Harjinder Singh Bhullar, better known as Vicky Gounder, posted a Facebook post on Wednesday alleging police for killing two people in a fake encounter a few days ago. He refused to have a link with deceased. The notorious gangster also question’s chief minister and Congress government’s working in his post.
On 15 December, two gangsters were shot dead and three were arrested after an encounter with Punjab Police at Gulabgarh village in Bathinda. Police claimed all of them were associates of Vicky Gounder, But he refuses in his FB post. Prabhdeep Singh of Mamu Khehra, Fazilka and Manpreet Manna of Abohar were killed in Bathinda encounter.
‘I don’t know I should talk about this or not, but I feel sad how Punjab police killed Prabhdeep in a fake encounter in Bathinda, however, Prabhdeep and Abreen were nobody for me, his FB post said. He claimed in his post that police has made up a fake encounter and linked them with gangsters.

According to a source, Prabhdeep Singh’s wife Abreen Kaur resident of Chandigarh was not allowed to see her husband’s body.
He urged former chief minister of Punjab, Parkash Singh Badal to help out the wife of deceased Prabhdeep’s wife Avreen in this matter in his FB post.
