Jalandhar, July 2(wishavwarta)-                                          As part of the Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh’s flagship program ‘Mission Fateh’ The district administration on Thursday supplied 118500-litres of milk and other products to the people at their doorsteps to contain Covid-19 pandemic.

The Milkfed’s teams led by General Manager Mr Asit Sharma were covering maximum households in the district with supply of Milk and other products.

As per the details today, the teams of Milkfed delivered around 118500-litres of milk to the people of the district besides, 700-kg Cheese, 13032-kg curd, 34657-litre lassi and 316-kg Kheer through the authorized dealers of Verka in every locality.

Divulging the details, Deputy Commissioner Mr Ghanshyam Thori told the district administration was committed to ensure there must not be any sort of problem in the delivering the essential commodities.

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh had launched a month-long drive on June 1, as part of `Mission Fateh’, to spread mass awareness about the pandemic to win the war against Covid-19 pandemic.
