ADC FELICITATES RMOs UNDER THE ‘MISSION FATEH ON DOCTOR’S DAY

LAUDS THEIR ROLE FOR DISPLAYING EXEMPLARY COURAGE AND DETERMINATION TO COMBAT COVID 19 PANDEMIC

Jalandhar, July 1(wishavwarta):                                Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum Chief Executive Officer Zila Parishad Mr Vishesh Sarangal today felicitated Rural Medical Officers (RMOs) with appreciation letters on Doctor’s day under the ‘Fateh Mission’ launched by the Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh.

Patting them officers for exemplary service to the society during Covid- 19 pandemic, Additional Deputy Commissioner said that the district administration acknowledges the endeavor of these Rural Medical officers during the fight against Corona Virus.

He said that the indomitable spirit and fortitude displayed by them was an example for the others. He said that the war against Corona was particularly important as the enemy was totally invisible but the threat was large.

Additional Deputy Commissioner said that however all the doctors exhibited exemplary courage and determination during the fight due to which several precious lives were saved. He expressed hope that RMOs would continue to perform exceptionally well until the war against Corona was not won.

Additional Deputy Commissioner said that the ‘Mission Fateh’ was primarily aimed at spreading mass awareness about the Covid 19 pandemic.

He said that the District Administration was duty-bound to play a key role in this exercise by serving as the link between the government and the people adding that it would motivate the people to remain vigilant and safe.
