Chandigarh: Former Akali minister Sarwan Singh Phillaur, his son Damanvir Singh, former chief parliamentary secretary (CPS) Avinash Chander and three others get bail from Punjab and Haryana High Court in the Bhola drug racket case registered under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) here on Thursday.
