Jalandhar, JAN 16, Recently gurdwaras in Canada, USA and UK have imposed the ban on the entry of the Indian officials in the gurdwara premises. Shiromani Akali Dal(Amritsar) president, Simranjit Singh Mann has backed the decision of baring the entry of Indian officials in gurdwaras in foreign countries.
Mann said the Indian intelligence services have always interfered in the gurdwaras and they have divided the Sikh community into two factions, it is an intent to hinder sovereignty of the country. Sikhs in foreign countries do not want any intervention of Indian officials. Commenting on Harsimrat Badal’s comment that all the four doors are open to everyone he said everyone can pay obeisance at gurdwara but not for them who want to divide and take away rights of Sikhs.
Senior leader seeking India joining CPEC(China Pakistan Economic Corridor) kind of pact as a solution for the farmer and industrial crisis in Punjab. He said India should form such pact and cross-border trade should be started between India, Pakistan and China. He said there will be no slump in Punjab.
