Debt ridden Farmer commits suicide in Mansa

Mansa, 18 August: The series of the farmer suicide is not stopping in Punjab one more debt ridden farmer commits suicide in Mansa district. The 45 years old Ajmer Singh resident of village Daler Singh Wala in district Mansa has committed suicide by drinking pesticide. The deceased was under the debt of 11 lakhs. He was owner of 8 acres. The government has failed to put stop on the suicide cases. Interestingly committee formed by Vidhan Sabha speaker on farmer suicide was also on visit in Mansa district.
