Committee formed by Vidhan Sabha speaker on farmers suicide visit’s Mansa

Mansa, 18 August: The committee formed by Vidhan Sabha speaker Punjab, Rana KP on farmers suicide in the state visits Mansa district today. The five member’s committee was formed to investigate the facts behind farmers suicide and prepare a report on it. Three members are Congress MLA’s including The chairman of the committee, Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria while other two are MLA Nathu Ram, Kuljit Singh Nagra. There is one each from AAP and SAD, Najar Singh Manshahaia and Harinderpal Singh Chandumajra are members of the committee. The committee met the families of the farmers who committed suicide and talked with the farmers in the district. The committee will submit its final report to Vidhan Sabha speaker KP Rana.
