Mansa: The Anti Corruption Crime Prevention Community Oriented Policing Society (regd. N.G.O. India) President Deepak Singla here on Thursday on the behalf of society inaugurated the construction work for new tubewell at Mansa Jail.
This tubewell will be done at a depth of 600 to 650 feet so that the shortage of required water in the jail can be completed. After inaugurating work, Jail Superintendent Jaswant Singh Thind while thanking the society said that due to this tubewell, the prisoners and all the staff will get adequate water and drinking water supply will also be fulfilled.
On this occassion, Deputy Superintendent Jail Inderjit Singh Kahlon, Society of Punjab President Parshotam Lal and Prem Gag from Mahavir Dal Bathinda, Prem Goyal and Baba Jassi Ram were also present.
