New Delhi, January 21 : The Delhi MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa today announced to move court to get Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal disqualified for appointing the MLAs to the office of profit which led to their disqualification.
In a statement released here today, Sirsa said that it is always a rule that whoever clears the file on any decision making process he/she is held accountable for any lapse in the matter and is punished accordingly. He said that in this case appointing authority is Arvind Kejriwal who has appointed ehse MLAs to the office of profit so he should be held accountable and disqualified along with these MLAs.
Sirsa said that by luring these MLAs to the post of Parliamentary Secretaries Kejriwal has indulged in open loot of the treasury and it is a case of bribing them with this appointment and it is more surprising that ‘bribe money’ was paid through treasury in way of perks by him to keep his flock intact.
The Delhi MLA further said that as the President of India has disqualified 20 MLAs on the recommendation of Election Commission of India (ECI) Kejriwal should also be disqualified for making these appointments sooner than later. He said that he is filing a case in the court to ensure that a person solely responsible for making these appointments is punished equally for the others who were appointed.
Challenging Kejriwal and his coterie to face the people of Delhi, Sirsa said that all these 20 seats will be won by the SAD-BJP alliance as truth of Kejriwal has already been exposed before the people and Congress is already moving out of the country gradually.
